Ho chiamato per chiedere delle informazioni ma la segretaria, che oltre tutto non mi ha dato il tempo di spiegare la mia situazione, ha cominciato a elargire giudizi su questioni fuori contesto. Al posto loro sceglierei un personale più competente. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE of the staff. Abbiamo ricevuto delle risposte chiare su tutto quello che abbiamo chiesto. Al Consolato di Roma abbiamo cercato di contattarli per diversi giorni senza che nessuno ci rispondesse. Vorrei ringraziare la Signora con la quale abbiamo parlato per la sua disponibilità e professionalità con la quale ha chiarito tutti i nostri problemi riguardo il passaporto. Grazie tantissimo. We called to inquire about my wife's passport that has expired. We have received clear answers on everything we have asked for. At the Consulate of Rome we tried to contact them for several days without anyone replying to us. I would like to thank the lady with whom we spoke for her availability and professionalism with whom she clarified all our passport problems. Thank you so much.

E solo vergognoso, che conaționali si dovrebbero aiutarsi ed essere uniti, invece li sembra campo di concentramento. I called to ask for information, I was answered by a lady I don't know what skills she has but to offend and speak arrogantly and the only way she talked to me without letting me speak and explain the problem I have. It is just shameful, that conaional people should help each other and be united, instead it seems to them concentration camps.

Я подзвонила, тільки почала розповідати свою ситуацію, розмовляла я нормально, не повільно. Ця особа, яка взяла слухавку, сказала розмовляти мені швидше, бо у неї немає часу. І потім взагалі повісила слухавку. Перезвонюю 6 разів, вона мене скидає. Саме так, на вашу думку, повинні розмовляти у консульстві? Ви працюєте у консульстві, надаєте допомогу і повинні відповідати на запитання, ви повинні допомагати людині. Натомість скидаєте слухавку. Це не нормально. До Риму додзвонитися просто нереально, у Флоренції мене нахально скидають. До кого мені звертатися? Ваше консульство працює 2 рази на тиждень. І ви вже всі incazzati. А що говорите про людей, які працюють кожен день? It's terrible. I have a question, why did you open this consultation and who do you hire?
