L	Lorenzo Sakaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale non professionale, 3 ore di coda per una denuncia di smarrimento e inoltre ho subito persino un attacco verbale da un carabiniere perché ero fuori dalla stanza di attesa per fare una telefonata a mia madre per avvertirla che tornavo tardi per il pranzo a causa della lunga attesa. Spero a un maggior controllo del personale e più competenza Unprofessional staff, 3 hours of queue for a report of loss and I also suffered a verbal attack from a carabiniere because I was out of the waiting room to make a call to my mother to warn her that I was returning late for lunch due to the long waiting. I hope for greater staff control and more competence

Dopo 2 ore ricevo telefonata da Stazione Carabinieri Ognissanti e mi comunicano che gli è stato consegnato portafoglio integro e con tutti i soldi dentro (che mi contano anche al telefono per essere sicuri che ci siano tutti!) Grazie di cuore a tutti (a Mattia il ragazzo che ha trovato il portafoglio e grazie ai Carabinieri che mi hanno subito contattato...)! Con questi episodi torna la fiducia dell’umanità! Today wallet lost in Viale Lavagnini with € 300, driving license and various documents ... After 2 hours I get a call from Carabinieri Ognissanti Station and they tell me that he has been given his wallet intact and with all the money inside (which I also count on the phone to make sure everyone is there!) Heartfelt thanks to everyone (to Mattia the boy who found the wallet and thanks to the Carabinieri who immediately contacted me ...)! With these episodes the trust of humanity returns!

f	f altay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel doesnt even speak basic english. They didnt take me seriously , very unpolite. After my complaint they literally showed me the door. I hope no one gets in a situation where they need to go there.

When I arrived, the guy of the front door said that I have to come back after 2hours neck and crop. They do not understand even a word in English. Shame on you. How could you write a police report with that English. They just stamp a seal. It’s taken forever to get their stamp. Police report should have been written by my self and they don’t understand what I wrote. Firenze is a big city with so many foreign tourists. During I am writing the report, an female police officer started to play dance music and hummed. I know that they will never try to do anything to resolve my case. They are not police officers. Just idiots wearing police uniform.
