Il piccolo borgo, un po' nell'entroterra ligure a pochi chilometri da Albenga, offre vicoli pieni di curve, una splendida via centrale con un porticato antico con le volte crociate e i muri leggermente inclinati molto bello da vedere e fotografare ... o dipingere". Nella parte più antica del borgo i vicoli sembra quasi che si attorcigliano in curve strettissime e alcuni finiscono in piccole gallerie fin sotto le case!!! Un bel ponte in pietra e scorci prospettici permettono di ricavare belle immagini-ricordo ... o quadri. Poca l'offerta commerciale, ma non sono i negozi da osservare in un luogo come questo! Il panorama visibile dal Castello diroccato sulla cima della montagna è degno di questo nome. Very recommended visit. Sul torrente Neva, che scorre a ponente, un ponte a schiena d’ asino immette nel centro del borgo. Davanti a Porta Soprana la statua in bronzo di Ilaria del Carretto accoglie i visitatori. La fanciulla é colta nel momento in cui, giovanissima, lascia il borgo natio per andare sposa a Paolo Guinigi, signore di Lucca, nel 1403. Ci sono dei ristoranti molto caratteristici dove si viene accolti con calore e si mangia bene Da visitare ??
