★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sternatia è un comune italiano della provincia di Lecce che fa parte della Grecìa Salentina. Paese molto antico con alcuni monumenti che ne testimoniano l'esistenza. Belle e interessanti le chiese, alcune cappelle, la cripta di San Sebastiano e quella di San Pietro. Bello e interessante il Palazzo Granafei e Porta Filia, ultima rimasta delle quattro porte d'accesso delle antiche mura. Bello il convento dei Domenicani che si sviluppa attorno al chiostro quadrangolare, che attualmente è sede municipale. Abitanti gentili e accoglienti.
 Sternatia is an Italian town in the province of Lecce which is part of the Grecìa Salentina. Very old town with some monuments that testify to its existence. The churches, some chapels, the crypt of San Sebastiano and that of San Pietro are beautiful and interesting. The Granafei Palace and Porta Filia, the last remaining of the four access gates of the ancient walls, are beautiful and interesting. The Dominican convent is beautiful and develops around the quadrangular cloister, which is currently the municipal seat. Kind and welcoming inhabitants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pittoresco comune alle porte della Grecìa salentina. Situato in posizione abbastanza centrale, a pochi minuti dalla tangenziale di Lecce. Si consiglia una visita ai monumenti e alle belle chiese presenti a Sternatìa.
Picturesque town on the outskirts of Salento's Grecìa. Located in a fairly central position, just a few minutes from the Lecce ring road. A visit to the monuments and beautiful churches in Sternatìa is recommended.
