★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso il fatto che per una città di 160.000 abitanti esista un unico sportello anagrafe, a Giovi aperto per un'ora sola, e al pomeriggio! L'alternativa? Su appuntamento alla sede centrale del comune con attese di quasi due mesi. Ma le scadenze per i normali cittadini non aspettano i tempi biblici di una disorganizzazione degna di un paese del terzo mondo (con rispetto parlando). Encomiabile il signor Emanuele, impiegato unico che lavora e si fa letteralmente in quattro, competente e gentile, nonostante tutto.
Shameful the fact that for a city of 160,000 inhabitants there is a single registry office, in Giovi open for only one hour, and in the afternoon! The alternative? By appointment at the headquarters of the municipality with a wait of almost two months. But deadlines for ordinary citizens do not wait for the biblical times of a disorganization worthy of a third world country (with respect speaking). Mr. Emanuele is commendable, the only employee who works and literally goes out of his way, competent and kind, despite everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche 4 stelle ai funzionari dell'ufficio distaccato di Giovi, molto disponibili e professionali, ma due stelle all'organizzazione dei servizi nelle altre sedi soggette a prenotazioni con attese lunghissime, e i cittadini con la carta di identità scaduta costretti ad andare tutti a Giovi unico ufficio al quale si accede senza prenotazione, e farsi sotto il sole cocente la... fila e sperare di entrare prima della chiusura. L'ufficio aperto solo il giovedì pomeriggio dalle 15 alle 17?
Even 4 stars to the officials of the Giovi branch office, very helpful and professional, but two stars to the organization of services in the other locations subject to bookings with very long waits, and citizens with expired identity cards forced to go all to Giovi single office which can be accessed without reservation, and queuing up under the scorching sun and hoping to enter before closing. The office is only open on Thursday afternoons from 3 to 5 pm
