★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ricevuto una multa per parcheggio in sosta vietata. Pagata la multa, ho provato ad inviare copia del pagamento seguendo le istruzioni riportate sul verbale di multa. Sul verbale c'e' indicato un indirizzo di posta elettronica irraggiungibile (ho provato da due indirizzi email diversi). Ho quindi provato a contattare il numero di telefono, ma e' altrettanto irraggiungibile (ho uno screenshot di 37 tentativi di chiamata effettuati durante l'orario di lavoro). Sono andato in una tabaccheria per provare ad inviare un fax... niente, neanche quello! Mi chiedo se esista un servizio di piccione viaggiatore... e' giusto pagare una multa per un'infrazione commessa, tuttavia non trovo giusto dover perdere cosi' tanto tempo per trovare il modo di trasmettere copia del pagamento effettuato.
I received a parking ticket for no parking. Once the fine was paid, I tried to send a copy of the payment following the instructions on the fine report. On the report there is indicated an unreachable e-mail address (I tried from two different e-mail addresses). I then tried to contact the phone number, but it is just as unreachable (I have a screenshot of 37 call attempts made during working hours). I went to a tobacconist's to try to send a fax ... nothing, not even that! I wonder if there is a carrier pigeon service ... it is fair to pay a fine for an infringement committed, however I do not find it fair to have to waste so much time to find a way to transmit a copy of the payment made.
