β β β β β I had passed by earlier and thought the little terrace looked great. I decided to go for a quick drink before lunching elsewhere. Me and my friend were served two glasses of nice local wine, by one of 4 staff in the tiny bar. Both of the staff we spoke to (in Italian) were really warm and friendly, and their terrace is small but absolutely perfectly placed. Wine was not cheap at 5β¬ a glass, but the view made it seem like money well spent to me on a gorgeously warm & sunny autumn day. We had drinks here, at a tiny terrace overlooking Lake Nemi.Β Then the lunch we had at this restaurant was the best opening to our trip. We both enjoyed mushrooms, we shared grilled porcini as a starter, tagliolini with finferli and beef in crust with porcini! High quality food, well cooked!Β The stunning view over the little lake and the background countryside until the sea where the sun reflected well complemented our lunch! A very peaceful and relaxing day out of rome!
