Ottime le uova al tartufo, peccato per il tagliere di affettati un pochino sotto gli standard rispetto alla zona, ma comunque piacevole. Se cercate un posticino per rilassarvi e passare una buona serata o un bel pranzo tenete questo ristorante come riferimento, sicuramente verrete trattati molto bene! Pleasantly quiet little restaurant in Nemi. Very nice, professional and nice staff. Excellent eggs with truffles, a shame about the platter of cold cuts a little below the standards compared to the area, but still pleasant. If you are looking for a place to relax and have a good evening or a nice lunch, keep this restaurant as a reference, you will surely be treated very well!

Quanto ci piace, quando a distanza di anni tra una volta e l'altra possiamo confermare il nostro giudizio positivo! Ritrovare la stessa cura degli interni tra il rustico ed il moderno, la stessa immensa cordialità di Alberto Querini, le stesse simpatia ed efficienza dei camerieri tutti e la stessa atmosfera calda, casareccia e conviviale ci toglie qualunque dubbio che la cena riuscirà bene come sempre. Ed infatti nulla è cambiato rispetto alla bontà della cucina che ricordavamo. Prendere stessi piatti di anni fa e sentirne lo stesso piacevole sapore è cosa assai gradevole e rinfrancante per noi che giriamo continuamente per vecchi e nuovi lidi culinari. Sì, perchè chi ci segue dagli inizi sa che al cercare nuove proposte contrapponiamo regolarmente il ritorno nelle tavole già conosciute e collaudate, i cosiddetti luoghi sicuri. Non sempre è così, ma qui certamente luogo sicuro per il nostro palato lo è rimasto anche stavolta. Condimenti giusti ed accurati, materia prima fresca, preparazione ed impiattamento validi. Cucina di terra romana e regionale ben omogeneizzata con il contesto circostante e, per chi ama la pizza bassa, con impasto digeribile e ben cotta il giusto, qui la trova in dimensioni extra-large. Buona carne e dolci artigianali. Conto finale giusto e onesto per rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliato. We return after some time to this excellent restaurant in Nemi, among the Castelli Romani. Finding the same care of the interiors between the rustic and the modern, the same immense cordiality of Alberto Querini, the same friendliness and efficiency of the waiters and the same warm, homely and convivial atmosphere removes any doubt that dinner will be as good as ever. And in fact nothing has changed compared to the goodness of the cuisine we remembered. Taking the same dishes of years ago and feeling the same pleasant taste is a very pleasant and refreshing thing for us who continually turn to old and new culinary shores. Yes, because those who follow us from the beginning know that looking for new proposals we regularly contrast the return to the already known and tested tables, the so-called safe places. This is not always the case, but here it is certainly a safe place for our palate this time too. Right and accurate condiments, fresh raw material, valid preparation and serving. Roman and regional cuisine well homogenized with the surrounding context and, for those who love low pizza, with digestible dough and well cooked just right, here you can find it in extra-large dimensions.
