Il menù è semplice ma innovativo allo stesso tempo e la vista sul lago è la cornice perfetta per una piacevole giornata. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La quinta stella arriverà presto, solo il tempo di aggiustare qualche piccolo dettaglio. Consigliato! Recently opened restaurant discovered by accident. Young, competent and very customer-oriented staff. The menu is simple but innovative at the same time and the view of the lake is the perfect setting for a pleasant day. Excellent value for money. The fifth star will arrive soon, just time to fix a few small details. Recommended!

Sotto consiglio dello staff abbiamo effettuato il menu degustazioni ed è stato un viaggio di 6 porte, arrivate a ritorno impeccabile, all’insegna di sapori unici e ricercati che ripeteremo senz’altro. Pranzo in terrazza vista lago da togliere il fiato. Super consigliato!! Complimenti a tutto lo staff in particolare ad Edoardo, che ci ha seguito durante tutto il pranzo!! Unforgettable mid-August day! Staff very well prepared, friendly and polite. Excellent menu. Under the advice of the staff we made the tasting menu and it was a journey of 6 doors, arriving and returning flawlessly, in the name of unique and refined flavors that we will certainly repeat. I ragazzi in cucina e sala sono giovanissimi e pieni di entusiasmo per quello che fanno. Lo chef molto, molto bravo. Abbiamo mangiato Polenta arrostita con coregone, Baccalà mantecato coi fiori di zucca fritti e croccanti (top!), Fettuccelle al prazzemolo, funghi e tartufo bianchetto riuscitissime, orecchiette broccoli e arzilla...spigola. Ottimi anche i dolci. Presentazione accuratissima piatti molto bilanciati. Ottimo vino. Ho promesso di tornare :) Prezzo correttissimo. Young place absolutely out of class. Especially for the kitchen. The environment is simple and essential, but well cared for (fresh flowers at the table). The guys in the kitchen and dining room are very young and full of enthusiasm for what they do. The chef is very, very good. We ate roasted polenta with whitefish, creamed cod with fried and crispy courgette flowers (top!), Fettuccelle al prazzemolo, mushrooms and very successful bianchetto truffle, orecchiette broccoli and sprightly ... sea bass. The desserts are also excellent. Very accurate presentation of very balanced dishes. Great wine. I promised to come back :) Extremely correct price.

Lorenzo è il proprietario che in 3 anni è riuscito a capovolgere non solo i vecchi locali ma anche a portare un stile sofisticato e l'elegante nella cucina a Nemi. Varietà nel menu con pesce dal lago e i piatti tradizionali rivisitati. Sui starters abbiamo il maiale fritto che incanta e promette bene. I piatti forti sono i primi 'Tortello alla grigia'. Si presenta con gusto delicato e buono. I vini nazionali ci sono tanti di marca superiore e quelli locali Laziali dalla cantina Omnina. Il ristorante si presenta spartano, pulito e fresco con spazio per piccoli eventi, come la degustazione nella cantina e sulla terrazza con veduta sul lago di Nemi. Il servizio è ottimo con la cordialità e umiltà che si adatta bene senza essere invadente. L'acqua Bulle promette bene. Il viaggio è appena cominciato con il giovane chef Mattia. Vediamo se riusciamo a portare un spicchio di classe e magari una stella a Nemi. We seek elegance and gourmet in the Roman castles this is the place. Lorenzo is the owner who in 3 years has managed to overturn not only the old premises but also to bring a sophisticated and elegant style to the kitchen in Nemi. Variety on the menu with fish from the lake and revisited traditional dishes. On the starters we have the fried pork that enchants and promises well. The main dishes are the first 'Tortello alla grigio'. It has a delicate and good taste. There are many national wines of superior brand and the local Lazio ones from the Omnina winery. The restaurant is spartan, clean and fresh with space for small events, such as tasting in the cellar and on the terrace overlooking Lake Nemi. The service is great with the friendliness and humility that fits well without being intrusive. Bulle water is promising. The journey has just begun with the young chef Mattia. Let's see if we can bring a segment of class and maybe a star to Nemi.

AI VOGLIA A FARE I PIATTI BUONI E RAFFINATI, MA SE NN SAI GESTIRE UN RISTORANTE, MEGLIO CHE CHIUDI FRATÈ. Fortunatamente, gli amici de "Il Ramo d'oro", distante poche centinaia di metri ci hanno accolto con sorriso, cibo buonissimo e vino. Grazie Mille, FENOMENI. All very nice. Ogni piatto viene servito con grande estetica e bilanciamento dei sapori. Abbiamo assaggiato più piatti, alcuni davvero eccezionali come il tortello di gricia (aggiungerei soltanto un po' più di guanciale), il persico con panatura alle erbe, e l'ombrina con mousse di caponata. Degno di nota anche la porchetta di maialino da latte. Abbiamo accompagnato il tutto da un ottimo e per nulla banale Renosu bianco. Porzioni un po' piccine, ma prezzi in linea con la qualità dei piatti. Consigliatissimo. Very nice and well-kept location with terrace overlooking the lake. The service is prepared and very kind. Great wine selection. Each dish is served with great aesthetics and balance of flavors. We tasted more dishes, some really exceptional such as the tortello di gricia (I would add just a little more bacon), the perch with herb breading, and the ombrina with caponata mousse. Also noteworthy is the suckling pig suckling pig. We accompanied it all with an excellent and not at all banal white Renosu. Portions a bit small, but prices in line with the quality of the dishes. Highly recommended.
