★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Caos più totale. Per rinnovare una carta d'identità bisogna presentarsi più di 2 ore prima e fare la fila, nemmeno il sistema di biglietti elettronici all'ingresso funziona. Si utilizzano dei pezzi di carta per stabilire chi è arrivato prima. Inaccettabile.
I funzionari però sono comunque disponibili e professionali
The most total chaos. To renew an identity card you have to show up more than 2 hours in advance and queue, even the electronic ticket system at the entrance does not work. Scraps of paper are used to determine who arrived first. Unacceptable.
However, the officials are nonetheless helpful and professional
