Specialmente in questo periodo storico si stanno adoperando tutti al massimo dell'impegno mantenendo un alto livello.
For the umpteenth time I must congratulate the service of the Municipality of Albano which, as always, at least in my experience, strives towards the citizen with professionalism and kindness. Especially in this historical period, everyone is working hard to maintain a high level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti ed inaffidabili, nel 2020 non si può non sapere utilizzare le funzioni basilari di un computer. Ho preso appuntamento per il rinnovo della carta d'identità e avendo portato la foto in formato jpg su una chiavetta USB, come da indicazioni durante la chiamata, sono stato costretto ad andare a stampare l'immagine in un negozio esterno al comune, perché non sono stati capaci a caricarla.
Incompetent and unreliable, in 2020 one cannot fail to know how to use the basic functions of a computer. I made an appointment for the renewal of the identity card and having brought the photo in jpg format on a USB stick, as indicated during the call, I was forced to go to print the image in a shop outside the municipality, because not they were able to charge it.

Staff helpful, very kind and friendly ... usually the municipal offices are famous for the lack of friendliness of the employees. Here, however, they have made a difference.
