Arrivo alle 15 seguendo gli orari che hanno inserito su google e trovo una signora seduta al telefono che senza possibilità di replica e prima che parlassi esclama "Apre alle 15:30".
Esco e mi accorgo che due signori sono appena usciti dagli uffici accanto.
Entro e trovo un' altra signola che per la mia pratica con molta maleducazione mi dice di andare a marino che "qui non c' è nessuno che te la fa".
Diciamo che se i signori si ricordassero di esser pagati per aiutare i cittadini, anche ascoltandoli e dando dei consigli utili, magari potrebbero sentirsi un pò più utili alla società.
The schedules are actually 15:30 - 17:30
I arrive at 3pm by following the times they have entered on google and I find a lady sitting on the phone without the possibility of a reply and before I speak she exclaims "Opens at 15:30".
I leave and I notice that two gentlemen have just left the offices next door.
I come in and I find another word that for my practice with a lot of rudeness tells me to go to marino that "here there is no one who does it to you".
Let's say that if the gentlemen remembered to be paid to help the citizens, even listening to them and giving useful advice, maybe they could feel a little more useful to society.
