Avevo una questione urgente da risolvere per la mia residenza, un rientro dall'estero. Ho compilato i moduli in modo errato. Dopo aver parlato al telefono, La signora dell'anagrafe (gentilissima) mi ha detto di andare in ufficio, mi ha ricevuto e in cinque minuti abbiamo risolto. Anche nel periodo del Coronavirus, gli assistenti sociali sono stati sempre molto disponibili con mia mamma. È anche vero, però, che lo scorso anno all'anagrafe c'era una persona altezzosa, saccente, arrogante e maleducata. Non lo so, ma mi chiedo se serve una pandemia per trovare tanta accoglienza ed organizzazione, sono stata accolta con la giusta educazione, informata subito da una gentile signora al desk che mi indicato cosa e come fare. Messa in lista per la fila. Attesa di soli 15/20 minuti, chiamata e accompagnata fisicamente da un uscere all'ufficio di competenza. Ringraziata, salutata, sollecitata a prendere un appuntamento per il rinnovo della mia malridotta carta d'identità, omaggiata da un bel calendario...signori non so chi merita un voto, ma io darei un 10 e lode, e un bel grazie I was surprised by the change I found. Aggiungo, stessa cosa, per quanto riguarda chi lavora all'ufficio stato civile. Complimenti a tutti!!! All'ingresso ho incontrato una guardia giurata che non voleva farmi accedere all'ufficio anagrafe perché non avevo appuntamento,cosa impossibile da fissare per problemi alla loro linea telefonica. è stato alquanto sgarbato e non ha nemmeno ascoltato le mie ragioni. In ogni caso sono riuscita ad entrare nell'ufficio dove la signora che si occupava del mio procedimento è stata molto onesta nello spiegarmi il ritardo. Ne ho apprezzato la sincerità e l'impegno nel risolvere la mia situazione. In ogni caso il servizio è sicuramente migliorabile. Small car park, there is no pink spot for waiting women. Prendo appuntamento per il rinnovo una settimana prima della scadenza e mi danno appuntamento al 2 novembre 2021 (!!!???). Sono qui in questo momento ed i computer sono bloccati. Dovrei, quindi, prendere un altro appuntamento, probabilmente a questo punto a Febbraio 2022. Che dire di più? Possibile che un programma o un server di un Ente Pubblico possa subire un tale empasse a discapito di decine e decine di persone che, magari, si sono assentati dal lavoro per un appuntamento fissato 3, dico tre mesi fa? Non stiamo mica parlando di un personal computer casalingo che può subire qualunque tipo di guasto ma di un sistema che dovrebbe assicurare in modo continuativo un servizio ai cittadini. Una vera vergogna. Dejecting. Identity card expired on August 21, 2021.
