★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci son passato e l' ho visitato ,Attratto anche da wikipediea dove ho letto:
"il paese è molto conosciuto anche fuori regione per la sua felice posizione geografica, per la sua notoria vocazione turistica e per la presenza di numerosissime ed eleganti attività commerciali ed è per questo soprannominato "La piccola Parigi".
Ma anche no.....non è certamente un posto brutto,anzi,è tranquillo, ha un bel panorama...abitazioni catatteristiche tipo "presepe"..come del resto in quasi tutti i colli abruzzesi....chiesa( chiusa) nel centro storico ....ma finisce qui.
Vocazione turistica direi assolutamente no....e piccola Parigi???? Ma de che??Chi ha recensito su wikipedia nn ha la percezione del reale.
Carino e caratteristico...insomma normale
I went there and I visited it, also attracted by wikipediea where I read:
"The country is well known also outside the region for its happy geographical position, for its notorious tourist vocation and for the presence of numerous and elegant commercial activities and for this reason it is nicknamed" Little Paris ".
But also no ..... it is certainly not a bad place, on the contrary, it is quiet, it has a beautiful panorama ... catacteristic houses like "nativity scene" .. as indeed in almost all the hills of Abruzzo .... church ( closed) in the historic center .... but it ends here.
Tourist vocation I would say absolutely no .... and little Paris ???? But de che ?? Who reviewed on wikipedia nn has the perception of reality.
Cute and characteristic ... in short, normal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel paese in un bel contesto ambientale, centro di passaggio dei turisti che vanno a Roccaraso, Castel San Vincenzo, Alfedena, Villetta Barrea, ecc. ma privo però di una sua particolare attrattiva. Mi sentirei di consigliare al Sindaco di far tinteggiare la facciata esposta del Municipio e di sostituire la rovinata bandiera italiana dedicata ai caduti in guerra, nella piazzetta a fianco del municipio, bastano pochi soldi......
Beautiful town in a beautiful environmental context, a transit center for tourists who go to Roccaraso, Castel San Vincenzo, Alfedena, Villetta Barrea, etc. but without any particular attraction of its own. I would like to advise the Mayor to have the exposed facade of the Town Hall painted and to replace the ruined Italian flag dedicated to the fallen in war, in the small square next to the Town Hall, just a few money ...
