f	federico de vincenzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di antica origine. Fu ampliata nel sec. XV, dotata di un bel portale in pietra rossa locale. Nel 1570 furono eseguiti affreschi, poi ricoperti nel 1914. Fu restaurata nel 1874, è tra le più belle dell’Alto Volturno. E’ menzionata in un documento dell’abate Nicola da Frattura di S. Vincenzo al Volturno, che sospendeva la confraternita di S. Leonardo per aver ospitato nell’annesso Ospedale alcuni eretici (flaggellanti), provenienti da Venafro. La cupola e le pareti del presbiterio hanno affreschi raffiguranti la Gloria del Paradiso, che Pietro Brunetti di Oratino dipinse nel 1721, come si legge in due parti del finestrone (Petrus Brunectus pingebat anno domini 1721). Gli affreschi, risolti secondo arcaici schemi compositivi, denunciano i caratteri essenzialmente attardati e popolareggianti della cultura figurativa dell’autore, rivolto ad una produzione di spiccato valore devozionale. All'interno del coro, a destra e sinistra dell'abside ("La notte" e "L'adorazione dei Magi") e risalenti al XIII secolo. All'esterno, incastonata sulla facciata, vi è la rappresentazione del "Labirinto di Gerusalemme", una pietra molto particolare perché presenta uno pseudo-labirinto che ha origine da una croce.
