Varie società ci hanno contattato per aiutarci ma ahimè sempre invano. Computer house in 2 giorni ci ha risolto il problema facendo un sopralluogo e proponendoci una soluzione versatile e competitiva. Oggi abbiamo la linea internet funzionante in tutta la struttura e persino all'esterno fino alla piscina. Sono molto contento del servizio e della professionalità. Oggigiorno è difficile trovare competenza e affidabilità . Noi con computerhouse abbiamo risolto i nostri problemi, migliorando la soddisfazione dei nostri clienti.Grazie
We are a bed and breakfast, we are located in Negrar di Valpolicella in the province of Verona. We had a lot of problems with the internet. Rispondono in modo risolutivo alle problematiche che vengono loro rappresentante, alle quali trovano anche una soluzione fattiva. Mi sono affidata a loro per le connessioni al server dell'ufficio, quindi per ragioni di lavoro, e, devo dire che impiegano un alto livello di professionalità ed affidabilità. Ho avuto un'emergenza ed ho trovato un ottimo punto di riferimento. Dopo poco tempo dalla mia chiamata, il problema era risolto ed ho potuto riprendere il mio lavoro. Bravi davvero (Grazie Manuel!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravi ed efficienti, si fanno davvero in quattro e collaborano fra loro per aiutare a risolvere velocemente e bene i problemi dei clienti, anche a distanza, anche solo via telefono. Molto utili e gentili, soprattutto in questo periodo di pandemia, ho trovato massima disponibilità, comprensione e umanità verso una persona "costretta" al lavoro a distanza...ossia un'insegnante. Consigliati vivamente.

Mia figlia di 18 anni ha spiegato per cosa userà il compiuter portando i consigli del suo professore di scuola di grafica, e in un attimo il titolare le ha "costruito" Una macchina che potrà usare agevolmente a scuola ma proiettandola nel futuro con gli elementi giusti.
Mia figlia è entusiasta e pure io che obbiettivamente con una cifra giusta, le porto a casa un compiuter che userà x anni avendo anche l assistenza di personale altamente qualificato.
Dovendo e volendo comperare un compiuter consiglio questo negozio e so che faro' bella figura.
