Mi è stata fatta l’offerta più bassa tra quelle che ho valutato, il bello è che ho preso appuntamento convinto di una valutazione promessa il giorno prima dal sito ufficiale ovviamente super conveniente che non è stata mantenuta. Da riportare soprattutto la giustificazione che mi è stata data dicendo che il valore dell’oro è diminuito nelle ultime 24h, ovviamente falso, è infatti aumentato. Non perdete tempo, tantomeno la pazienza, non ne vale la pena. Tutto meno che corretti, peccato, mi sembravano seri. Esperienza da non ripetere. Unreliable and professional. Pesano l'oro usato con una bilancia non proprio a vista del cliente , non dicono espressamente il peso in grammi dell'oro pesato , dopo aver considerato giustamente eventuali pietre da decurtare dal peso. Dicono solo :"le diamo tot"! E poi , se si accetta l'importo offerto, si viene pagati obbligatoriamente con bonifico bancario , non come viene scritto sul loro sito la possibilita' di essere pagati con assegno,quando il cliente lo preferisce!!! Inizialmente mi hanno valutato l'anello che volevo vendere addirittura ad un prezzo minore degli altri compro oro, da cui precedentemente mi ero recata per avere una valutazione. La ragazza da Orodei si inventava scuse dicendomi che il mio anello non fosse rivendibile e che, quindi, non avrebbe potuto farmi il prezzo del loro sito. Dopo aver chiamato la direzione, ha arrotondato sul totale solo 5€. NON ANDATECI. Una volta che mi sono innervosita, anche la commessa stessa non sapeva come giustificarsi. Mi volevano truffare. Anche il pagamento in contanti non viene dato se non fino a un limite di 500 €. Il pagamento viene fatto tramite bonifico e alla consegna dell'oro ti fanno firmare di aver già ricevuto il bonifico cosa che invece avviene dopo 3-4 giorni. La pesata viene fatta senza poter vedere il display della bilancia. Ho chiesto di parlare con un responsabile ma l'addetta da dietro al separé di vetro diceva di non poter fornire numeri della direzione. Ho chiamato il numero trovato su internet spiegando il problema riscontrato rispetto a quanto mi era stato riferito telefonicamente prima di andare a Bologna e mi hanno detto di attendere qualche minuto che mi avrebbero richiamato e invece non mi ha più chiamato nessuno. In conclusione annuncio fuorviante e non veritiero, petsonale che non fornisce nomi e numeri di un responsabile. Delusione e incazzatura.
