★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bsiogno dell'estratto conto e giacenza media per una Carta Superflash in una maniera molto urgente. Un impiegato sulla cinquantina o anche sessantina di anni non mi ha neanche fatta sedere e all'entrata mi ha chiesto di cosa avessi bisogno. Mi ha indicato l'estratto conto online ma io sapevo che là la giacenza non è i dicata. L'anno scorso avevo fatto le stesse operazioni con l'operatore. Pensando di ricordare male dopo 10 minuti del suo convincimento che si trova tutto online me ne vado solo per scoprire dopo che ovviamente come sapevo già online la giacenza media non c'è. Ho perso due giorni, mi slittano i giorni per ISEE per colpa di un impiegato che non ha voluto fare il suo lavoro di fronte ad una ragazza giovane. Veramente pessimo. L'anno scorso una signora motlo gentile mi ha fatto tutto in cinque minuti.
 I had an account statement and average stock for a Superflash card in a very urgent manner. An employee in his fifties or even sixties didn't even sit me down and asked me what I needed at the entrance. He showed me the online statement but I knew that the stock is not there. Last year I had done the same operations with the operator. Thinking of remembering badly after 10 minutes of his conviction that everything is online, I leave only to find out later that obviously, as I already knew online, the average stock is not there. I lost two days, I slip the days for ISEE because of an employee who did not want to do his job in front of a young girl. Really bad. Last year a very nice lady did it all in five minutes.

I wouldn't want to be wrong but, my very bad review, on the bad way in which they treated me, for the guilt of having asked for some statements of 2019, listen listen it's gone !!!! Why?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una banca nazionale ? Ma non si riesce neanche a fare delle operazioni (tipo richiesta Telepass.. anche pubblicizzato sul loro sito) senza dover tornare al filiale dove', come dice il signore, abbiamo "un rapporto personale".. Da non credere
