I gusti con latte di capra, in particolare la stracciatella sono qualcosa di unicamente fantastico. Se siete in centro a Bologna dovete mangiare qui il gelato.
 The two young owners are grateful of ice cream connoisseurs, with professional training courses behind them. They have also been taking away for a while. Flavors with goat milk, especially stracciatella are something uniquely fantastic. If you are in the center of Bologna you have to eat ice cream here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unica gelateria che utilizza latte di capra di Bologna. Assolutamente da provare tutti i gusti atipici, con accostamenti pregiatissimi, esaltati dall'uso di materie prime di alta qualità. Da poco sono disponibili gelati o barrette proteiche per sportivi. Su ordinazione creano stecchi gelato con le più varie coperture e granelle. Le cialde dei coni sono tutte senza glutine. Purtroppo a volte, data la fila, bisogna aspettare per poter gustare un loro gelato, ma ne vale la pena!

Ice cream or protein bars for athletes have recently been available. To order, they create ice cream sticks with the most varied covers and grains. The waffles of the cones are all gluten-free. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised by how good this ice cream was. They have goat milk ice cream which is quite interesting, but they also have more classic flavours. Their pistachio and salted peanuts flavours are really good. I definitely recommend.
