In un un momento come questo essere deriso non e’ bello, in più sono anche loro cliente ed ho chiesto in congelamento della rate ma non mi e’ stato concesso avevano promesso per via del covid19 . Scorretti fino alle fine ! Non fidatevi ! Untrustworthy and rude staff. L'interessamento e la professionalità dei ragazzi hanno fatto si che io potessi in pochissimo tempo avere la liquidità necessaria per affrontare le mie spese. An hour of waiting in the branch not respecting the Appointments. Bad customer service, it's hard to contact them and they don't call you back when they should.
