★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiale di udine. Accoglienza zera. Neanche un buongiorno. Per l esito di un finanziamento, 4 giorni lavorativi e 3 appuntamenti in agenzia. Ma lo slogan, non dice "basta un giorno'?
Branch of udine. Zera welcome. Not even a good morning. For the outcome of a loan, 4 working days and 3 appointments at the agency. But doesn't the slogan say "one day is enough"?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenza assoluta !!!! " signorina del centralino " a voce mi ha dato le informazioni circa i documenti da presentare , cosa che ho fatto, ma in ufficio le informazioni ricevute al telefono sono risultate errate. Risultato...nulla di fatto. Ho solo perso il tempo.
Dopo aver letto la vostra risposta aggiungo che il giorno dopo l'accaduto ho contattato il vostro numero verde e altre due filiali della mia zona e le risposte ricevute sono risultate diverse tra loro. Per mia fortuna ho risolto tutto con un altra finanziaria quindi non ritengo utile perdere altro tempo con voi .
Absolute incompetence !!!! "Miss of the switchboard" gave me information about the documents to be presented, which I did, but in the office the information I received on the phone was incorrect. Result ... nothing done. I just lost the time.
After reading your answer, I add that the day after the incident I contacted your toll-free number and two other branches in my area and the answers I received were different. Luckily for me I solved everything with another financial so I do not find it useful to waste any more time with you.
