Divanetti luridi e bagni ancora peggio.... Aperitivo servito senza nulla oppure qualcosa riciclato dai giorni precedenti. Io e la mia amica abbiamo sentito la 'gestrice" dire alla barista di conservare i biscotti natalizi invenduti x il Natale prossimo!!!!!!!! Come non bastasse, dire che il tavolo era sporco sarebbe un eufemismo così come l'intero loc ale e non parliamo dei bagni!! Ma chi è che gestisce quel posto? Chiunque sia è meglio che si dedichi al settore operatore ecologico...sconsigliatissimo! Il BIRE è l'ormai storica birreria, nonché birrificio artigianale, della città di Udine. Luca, il titolare, è un vero personaggio, duro in superficie, ma dall'animo buono (Friulano Doc). Non si tratta di un ristorante, ma di un locale con dell'ottima birra e una discreta scelta di pietanze d'accompagnamento. Considerata l'ampiezza del locale e i numerosi posti a sedere, nei momenti di grande afflusso, bisogna armarsi di pazienza, perché il servizio non è immediato: ci sarebbe bisogno di altri inservienti, competenti e disposti a lavorare su chiamata, ma chi glieli trova??? Consiglio il pane arriva caldo e ce lo siamo anche portati via per la colazione, molto buono infatti non sono d’accordo con una delle recensioni precedenti. Atmosfera accogliente,ci torneremo Good beer especially the pils. We took bruschetta as an appetizer and then the tartare with burrata.
