G	Giuseppe SCARFO' on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso la loro sede per denunziare un tentativo di phishing e dopo una serie di domanda fatte tramite il citofono del palazzo dove si trovano mi hanno liquidato dicendomi che visto che avevo già verificato non c'era bisogno di procedere e che per loro era tutto risolto. Dovrei recarmi in sede per formalizzare la denuncia ma scopro che l'ufficio è aperto SOLO 4 ore alla settimana!! Ma com'è possibile???? Direi che il servizio al cittadino è veramente pessimo!! Ovviamente non andrò a fare denuncia perchè dovrei perdere mezza giornata di lavoro e come me chissà quanti hanno rinunciato... e così i truffatori spopolano e mentre io mi sono salvato altri potrebbero caderci e perdere i loro soldi! Complimenti.... Made an online complaint for an attempted fraud (fortunately escaped). I should go to the office to formalize the complaint but I find out that the office is open ONLY 4 hours a week !! But how is it possible ???? I would say that the service to the citizen is really bad !! Operazione veloce ed efficiente, però comportamento con il pubblico da migliorare. Dopo avermi fatto firmare due copie della denuncia e due copie di una informativa generica mi è stata consegnata solo la copia dell'informativa. Sul momento non mi sono accorto. Sono tornato due ore dopo suonando il campanello dicendo che ero passato prima a fare la denuncia ed ero senza ricevuta, ricevendo risposta infastidita al citofono "che problema c'è". Un volta salito mi ha fatto firmare una TERZA copia della denuncia, pur avendone firmate 2 precedentemente, dicendo sempre infastidito "io l'ho vista andare via con un foglio piegato, poi veda lei". Non si era nemmeno accorto che mi aveva lasciato una copia dell'informativa e non della denuncia. Per una mancanza dell'operatore sono stato trattato sgarbatamente e con sufficienza, come se fosse colpa mia, nonostante non mi sia minimamente lamentato, tenendo sempre un atteggiamento gentile ed educato. Per raggiungerla da via Uccellis è poi necessario girare l'angolo della Banca, sul marciapiede parallelo allo scivolo verso il parcheggio sotterraneo. L'ingresso è seminascosto, è una rientranza pochi metri dopo. C'è una targa azzurra affissa. Si può raggiungere anche dal Bire, in fondo a destra, poi pochi passi sul marciapiede, o dal parcheggio Caccia, andando verso il Bire e girando a sinistra, sempre sul marciapiede prima dell'ingresso If by car, park in via Uccellis as close as possible to the places reserved for the police.
