This is the second time that I have used Climassistance to install air conditioners and I have always found myself fully satisfied. I fully recommend it!
B	BOLERO LUCY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incapaci di eseguire a "regola d'arte" lo spostamento di un tubo del gas secondo direttive. Richiamati per finire il lavoro come doveva essere fato. Risultato: 4/5 ore di lavoro = fattura di Euro 850,00.= uno stipendio !!! Unable to "workmanlike" the movement of a gas pipe according to directives. Call back to finish the job as it was meant to be. Result: 4/5 hours of work = invoice of Euro 850.00 = a salary !!!

D	DOMINGO LIEGGI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima esperienza...tre anni fa mi hanno venduto e montato un climatizzatore .....a distanza di soli tre anni mi ritrovo con il clima che va in blocco. Chiamo loro per assistenza e mi scaricano ad un altro centro di assistenza...Sono costretto a trovarmi io un tecnico in zona che facendo un controllo del clima mi dice che è stato montato male ed il clima non funziona perchè c'è una perdita di gas causata da un montaggio non fatto a regola d'arte. In conclusione dopo tre anni mi ritrovo a dover sostenere un cospicuo pagamento per riparare il clima per un loro errore bad experience ... three years ago they sold me and mounted an air conditioner ..... after only three years I find myself with the climate that goes into a block. I call them for assistance and they unload me at another assistance center ... I am forced to find myself a technician in the area who by doing a climate control tells me that he has been badly fitted and the weather is not working because there is a loss of gas caused by improper assembly. Installatori preparati e cortesi. Al momento non posso che consigliarlo. I relied on them for the purchase and installation of two air conditioners. Very kind and able to advise you on the best solution for your needs. Prepared and courteous installers. At the moment I can only recommend it.
P	Paolo Bassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Climatizzatore Mitsubishi dual split parzialmente funzionante. (Va in funzione scongelamento con temperatura esterna di 21 gradi..). Il tecnico ha girovagato per casa descrivendo difetti dovuti alla scarsa qualità del climatizzatore in oggetto è raccontando ogni volta una cosa diversa, senza risolvere il problema, nonostante sia un top di gamma!!. Confermato poi anche da altro Centro assistenza!... In 3 anni di vita mai riscontrato un problema!. Perso solo tempo, pagato il diritto di chiamata di 35 euro e problema non risolto! Alla mia domanda, Come risolviamo il problema? La risposta è stata esaustiva e pregna di professionalità.. NON SO COSA DIRLE.. il mio climatizzatore ora è in blocco costante.. Evidentemente un guasto a una scheda... Nessuna comunicazione dal Centro Assistenza solo intascato il "dovuto"... Assolutamente da evitare!!!!.. Partially functional Mitsubishi dual split air conditioner. (Defrosting works with an external temperature of 21 degrees ..). The technician wandered around the house describing defects due to the poor quality of the air conditioner in question and telling a different thing every time, without solving the problem, despite being a top of the range !!. Then also confirmed by another Service Center! ... In 3 years of life I never encountered a problem !. Just lost time, paid the call fee of 35 euros and problem not solved! To my question, How do we solve the problem? The answer was exhaustive and full of professionalism .. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU .. my air conditioner is now in constant lockout .. Evidently a card failure ... No communication from the Service Center only pocketed the "due" ... Absolutely to be avoided !!!! ..

Ma purtroppo si misura anche in tempi di risposta. If at least they responded to the estimates, a comparison could be made on the quality of the service, which still seems to be of a good level. But unfortunately it is also measured in response times.
