Mi hanno detto che fanno 60€ allora e per 20 minuti di lavoro mi hanno preso 110€. Per 20 minuti avrebbero dovuto chiedere 20€. Non hanno neanche rilasciato una fattura. Ho telefonato perché nel foglio (Non fattura) hanno scritto 50€ per diritto fisso di chiamata e 50€ per manodopera scrivendo poi 110€ nel totale. A casa mia 50+50 fa 100. Mi hanno detto che sono arrivati a 110 con l'Iva. La cosa mi sembra piuttosto strana. Sono un privato e non azienda. l	luca venturini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non posso mettere 0 stelle. Assolutamente da sconsigliare, ma proprio da starci lontani. Mi hanno "montato" Due condizionatori e hanno fatto solo danni. Hanno trovato gia tutto predisposto con i tubi passati a regola d'arte e sono riusciti a piegarli tutti, le giunture che perdevano e sono rimasto senza gas, in poche parole mi ritrovo con i condizionatori non funzionanti e con i tubi da cambiare. Quando gli ho detto che siamo a dicembre e che sono la mia unica fonte di riscaldamento e ho una bimba di 5 mesi mi hanno risposto che sono fatti miei e che mi faranno sapere a gennaio quando potranno venire.. Chiamati , a luglio 2021, per una manutenzione straordinaria su idrostufa a pellet Edilkamin, ad agosto sono stata costretta a chiedere l'intervento di Federconsumatori affinchè fosse riparata e rimessa in funzione dopo che era stata completamente smantellata. Ed aver pagato 280,00 euro. L'azienda si era rifiutata di procedere con la riparazione e mi aveva mandato due preventivi per l'acquisto di una idrostufa nuova. A settembre è stata rimessa in funzione. Bad experience.
