A	A. C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che grazie ad un altro tecnico di livello di un altra azienda ho già risolto(e ovviamente speso altri soldi) comunque.. Non ce alcun tipo di professionalità ne tanto meno di educazione da parte di questa azienda. Io li ho chiamati per fare una revisione completa alla mia IDROstufa a pellet ma non avevo messo in preventivo ciò che sarebbe successo. La stufa dopo il loro intervento (100 euro) ha iniziato a dare 3 errori diversi sul display con conseguente spegnimento della stufa senza contare che rimontando i TUBI DI SCARICO FUMI il GRANDISSIMO E INIMITABILE "(TECNICO?)" si è giusto dimenticato di montare la GUARNIZIONE DI TENUTA del tubo stesso DI CONTROLLARE L'ACCESSO ARIA NEL DIBIMETRO e di ispezionare l'accesso alla canna fumaria come se non fosse necessario..come non sono necessarie le viti per rimontare i pannelli che sono mezzi smontati. Non mi dilungo ulteriormente perché non finisco piu ma da raccontare ce n'è ed è documentato. DA IMPARARE EDUCAZIONE E UMILTÀ! Da evitare ASSOLUTAMENTE (Ricordatevi che non è il caso di giocare con la vita delle persone!!!!!) I state that thanks to another level technician from another company I have already solved (and obviously spent more money) anyway .. There is no kind of professionalism nor education on the part of this company. I called them to do a complete overhaul of my pellet stove but I hadn't estimated what would happen. The stove after their intervention (100 euros) started to give 3 different errors on the display with consequent shutdown of the stove not to mention that by reassembling the SMOKE EXHAUST PIPES the GREAT AND INIMITABLE "(TECHNICIAN?)" just forgot to mount the SEALING GASKET of the pipe itself TO CHECK THE ACCESS OF THE AIR IN THE DIBIMETER and to inspect the access to the flue as if it were not necessary .. as the screws are not necessary to reassemble the panels which are half disassembled. I won't go into it further because I don't finish anymore but there is something to tell and it is documented. TO LEARN EDUCATION AND HUMILITY! To be avoided ABSOLUTELY (Remember that there is no need to play with people's lives !!!!!)

A	Ares Pavon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati per una semplice manutenzione, dopo svariate ore di lavoro, 4 interventi e molti soldi a loro dati, la stufa è fuori uso! Inoltre nel rimontarla hanno perso viti della struttura e ora alcuni pezzi ballano. Sconsiglio vivamente di far intervenire questo incompetenti nelle vostre stufe a pellet. PS. La stufa ce la siamo sistemata da soli, a costo 0, altroché 500€! Called for simple maintenance, after several hours of work, 4 interventions and a lot of money given to them, the stove is out of order! Furthermore, when reassembling it, they lost screws of the structure and now some pieces are dancing. I strongly advise against having this incompetent intervene in your pellet stoves. PS. We fixed the stove ourselves, at a cost of 0, but 500 €!
