Abbiamo utilizzato i loro servizi per affittare una casa a Roma, per un matrimonio saltato per via della pandemia nel 2020. Dopo molte comunicazioni andate a vuoto siamo riusciti a farci spostare l’affitto al 2021, e ora, che purtroppo l’evento non si potrà tenere, non riusciamo a comunicare con loro, non rispondono ne alle mail (se non in maniera automatica) ne al telefono. Abbiamo già pagato l’immobile e non riusciamo a percepire il rimborso. La poca professionalità ci obbligherà a procedere per vie legali. Big disappointment. Non si sono degni di dare una risposta professionale e l'unica comunicazione ricevuta è che non procederanno con nessun rimborso. Ottima professionalità, sono attentissimi alla cura dell’immobile, si avvalgono di un’assicurazione velocissima a risarcire gli eventuali danni causati dagli ospiti. Il personale addetto alle pulizie è molto efficiente e competente. Il bilancio perciò è molto positivo e non avrei potuto prendere una decisione migliore. Durante l'intero lungo soggiorno sono stati sempre disponibili, presenti e pronti ad aiutarci per qualsiasi problema (come quando avevo rotto il frigorifero: immediatamente me ne hanno fornito uno di sostituzione e dopo mi hanno aiutato e assistito nella scelta di un nuovo modello... rendendomi la vita molto più semplice). L'agenzia, e le persone con cui sono entrato in contatto, hanno sempre mostrato grande professionalità, gentilezza e velocità di risposta a diverse esigenze. Ma una coperta in più non guastava. The house is large and bright. Too bad for the cold ... "Broken heating" as in almost all accommodations this winter ... Let's pretend we believe it. But an extra blanket didn't hurt.

No one answered my repeated WhatsApp messages or phone calls. 4 hours later someone responded to a phone call. Then they said it was too late to get a plumber. “Use a bucket “. NEVER USE this company. Horrible horrible service.
