MI sono candidato a diverse loro offerte senza MAI dico MAI ricevere uno sputo di risposta. Da evitare come la peste One of the many "too many" employment agencies. If you're not the one standing with your breath on your neck, you can easily end up in oblivion or under a bridge. I have applied for several of their offers without NEVER say NEVER receive a spit of response. To be avoided like the plague

Mail pubblicate sui bandi di concorso inesistenti e quando si chiama per domande o altro genere di info guarda caso si becca sempre o l'ufficio sbagliato o la persona sbagliata. Trasparenza ZERO. Cambiate modo di lavorare !!! Professionalism below sea level. E-mails published on non-existent competition notices and when calling for questions or other types of info, it happens that you always get the wrong office or the wrong person. ZERO transparency. Change the way you work !!!

V	Vanessa S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengo contatta per un colloquio, ma data la mia impossibilità di presenziare nel pomeriggio dello stesso giorno, mi viene proposto di eseguirlo in videochiamata, fissando un’orario, le 12. Alle 13 chiamo per sapere come mai la persona addetta alla selezione non mi abbia ancora chiamata e mi viene detto essere in pausa pranzo, al suo rientro mi avrebbe fatta contattare. Attendo, sono le 15.30, richiamo. Mi viene detto che la signorina è impegnata e sta eseguendo dei colloqui, al loro completamento mi avrebbe fatta chiamare. E tutto tace nuovamente. Riprovo il giorno dopo, al mattino, chiedo informazioni di questa persona dicendomi che sarebbe stata deviata la chiamata al suo interno; rimango in attesa per poi sentirmi dire “la faccio ricontattare”. Inutile dire che non sono stata ricontatta ed il colloquio non l’ho mai fatto. Pensavo che la ratio delle agenzie interinali fosse diversa. L’importante è rifocillarsi a quanto pare.. NON SI LAVORA IN QUESTO MODO. I come in contact for an interview, but given my impossibility to be present in the afternoon of the same day, I am asked to do it in video call, setting a time, 12.00. At 13.00 I call to know why the person in charge of the selection has not me still called and told to be on a lunch break, on her return she would have let me contact. I await, it's 15.30, callback. I am told that the young lady is busy and is conducting interviews, at their completion she would have called me. And everything is silent again. I try again the next day, in the morning, I ask for information of this person telling me that the call would have been diverted inside it; I look forward to hearing you say "I'll get you back". Needless to say, I have never been re-contacted and I never did the interview. I thought the ratio of temporary agencies was different. The important thing is to get some fresh air as it seems .. YOU DO NOT WORK IN THIS WAY.
I	Isa Valva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi presento per un colloquio, vengo selezionata e passo al colloquio con l'azienda interessata, intanto che attendo risposta positiva o negativa, mi chiamano per un altro lavoro (non con agenzia ma trovato da me) di fianco a casa in un centro commerciale dico che devo aspettare risposta da un altra azienda a cui ero interessata, mi chiama la ragazza dell'agenzia dicendomi che sono stata presa, rifiuto quindi il lavoro vicino a casa, non sento più nessuno per giorni poi mi arriva una mail con scritto che la selezione è sospesa! Ma la serietà dov'è?! Io mi ritrovo senza lavoro ancora! I introduce myself for an interview, I am selected and I pass the interview with the company concerned, while I wait for a positive or negative answer, they call me for another job (not with an agency but found by me) next to my home in a shopping mall I say I have to wait for an answer from another company I was interested in, the girl from the agency calls me telling me that I was taken, so I refuse work near home, I do not hear anybody anymore for days, then I get an email with the selection is suspended! But where is the seriousness ?! I find myself without work yet!
M	Mauro Strenghetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato contattato da una recruiter,molto gentile e comprensibile all'apparenza e ho sostenuto ben due colloqui con il cliente,garantendomi una risposta a prescindere dall'esito. Nessuna risposta, non rispondono alle mail e tanto meno al telefono. Che una risorsa possa non andare bene,è comprensibile, ma farvi negare e mostrare indifferenza nei confronti di chi ha bisogno,mi viene da dire che forse fareste meglio a cambiare lavoro. I was contacted by a recruiter, very kind and apparently understandable and I had two interviews with the client, guaranteeing me an answer regardless of the outcome. No answer, they do not respond to e-mails and even less on the phone. That a resource may not go well, it is understandable, but to make you deny and show indifference towards those in need, it makes me say that perhaps you would do better to change jobs.

In circa 18 mesi e numerose candidature sono stato contattato per approfondire solo una di queste (senza contare poche altre proposte dirette ben lontane dalla mie pregresse esperienze). Inizialmente vi era enfasi sull'urgenza e la forte affinitá col mio profilo, ho dovuto persino inoltrare un nuovo CV in lingua straniera su loro richiesta per procedere al meglio. Poi però sono misteriosamente seguite 3 settimane di silenzio e una risposta spiazzante ottenuta dopo innumerevoli solleciti, che per via del ritardo e del tono usato suonava più come una scusa per scaricarmi in fretta... In mio modesto parere, trovo difficile credere alla risposta: "hanno scelto un altro candidato" quando la ricerca é per una figura con esperienza specifica e in grado di parlare il giapponese. Specie se in un simile lasso di tempo non mi hanno mai portato al colloquio con l'azienda e nemmeno inoltrato aggiornamenti al riguardo! In short, I feel cheated. In about 18 months and numerous applications I was contacted to investigate only one of these (not to mention a few other direct proposals far from my previous experiences). Initially there was an emphasis on urgency and strong affinity with my profile, I even had to submit a new CV in a foreign language at their request to proceed as best as possible. But then mysteriously followed 3 weeks of silence and an unsettling response obtained after countless reminders, which due to the delay and the tone used sounded more like an excuse to dump me quickly ... In my humble opinion, I find it difficult to believe the answer: "they have chosen another candidate" when the search is for a person with specific experience and able to speak Japanese. Especially if in such a period of time they never took me to the interview with the company or even forwarded any updates about it!
