★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a waste of your time, do not bother. I've done these tours in so many other cities, it's never been this bad. They play classical music most of the time on the headphones. There is very little commentary about the places the bus passes through and almost nothing about the history of the city.
Such a disappointment. I would give it 0 stars if I could

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wouldn't hurt if one bus wait for one another in the line connections. The green bus was parked. We were at the blue line and we wanted to connect with the green line. The blue bus parked behind the green bus, that left frenetically and we didn't catch it. We had to wait another hour for the connection, in the cold, with an elderly and a baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid 44 € for 2 and went on the bus for 15 minutes. The headphones didn't work and when we wanted later to go on again at 17.00 they said they don't drive anymore. It's very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete waste of time. Have enjoyed similar tours in so many other cities around the world. Was hoping to hear about the city’s rich history and the sights we were passing by. Even took the Historical Line (red). They play tons of classical music with little to no actual facts or history provided. Would have given ZERO stars if that had been an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first city tour and I thought it was EXTREMELY affordable. There is a sign outside the Duomo that tells you how long until the next bus and I was able to get many pictures. Of the few times we hopped on hopped off, one headset outlet didn’t work and we used two every time. I found the guides and drivers to be very friendly when I did chat with them. I would suggest this tour for the value
