★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually a good experience, but you hired some very unpolite ticket vendors recently. One young guy even whispered an Italian swearing while he was hurring me up (speaking in English) to enter the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Chose this shuttle because it was near Duomo where we were staying. Was not told that we had to walk 800m to where the bus shuttle was parked. The bus driver didnt even check to ensure that the air conditioning was on, so we were sweating away in the hot summer heat. On our return trip, we had to carry all our many shopping bags more than 800m back to our hotel. A very dishonest operator. Avoid at all costs!!

Drivers are rude and don’t care at all
Phone doesn’t work there is no chance to call
Completely no respect .. take any different company
Never again ! After two weeks still fighting to get refund - rude and ignorant people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s awful experience !!! The driver closed the door on duomo station before I left I was taking my bags , so I had to wait until central station! Why you are not asking if everyone left ?
And air conditioning didn’t work !!!! Awful
