β β β β β TO AVOID! First and the worst encounter with ATM staff, despite of speaking in Italian, they had no willingness to listen or to help. Incompetent and extremely rude employees. After have been waiting for like 10 minutes, when asking about the weekly tickets, the employee could reply "it depends", then didn't bother to explain what he meant. All these people should be fired. Turns out that it's necessary to register for a regular card with photo and everything, what was not clear at all on their website.

β β β β β I waited for about 2 hours then I found out there was a separate line (not even a line, people stood clustered randomly) for younger students. When I finally got to talk to the cashier he was extremely rude and didnβt even listen to my questions. He just ignored me! Then he was irritated because I didnβt have cash even though the card machine worked just fine.. after I paid he didnβt give me any instructions on how I will receive my travel card. I hope this man gets another job.
ATM, if you are reading this, the guy has tattoos and black hair and earrings. You should consider talking to him concerning his service mind. Thank you

β β β β β The office is very efficient but is crowded during the starting and the end of the month for renewal of the travel document. 7 gate to receive people. 1 gate for general information. Easy to reach, is just close to the exit of subway stop Duomo, remaining in the underground. Follow the indication ATM POINT.

β β β β β The blond lady at counter 4 was the RUDEST woman I've ever encountered on a customer service job. I asked her the basic questions (price, atm card etc.) but she proceeded to scream at me and kept repeating the same stuff to me like I was stupid. She kept making upsetting facial expressions and proceeded to send me to the lady to the next counter because she didn't want to speak in English anymore. The lady at the next counter (counter 5) was rude as well. I don't know if this is a part of their culture, but this was a terrible experience with HORRIFIC customer service. Anyway, the guy giving out tickets and the guy at counter 3 was nice, even though his computer has a problem, he kept apologizing to me.

β β β β β Currently travel passes etc only available with an appointment. Helpful staff at ATM in Duomo metro will help you make an appointment but be patient. Online options might help but not always so user friendly.
