★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo, quasi sempre chiusa ai visitatori, rappresenta una icona storica della città. Una delle piu antiche, contiene affreschi e sculture di artisti esclusivamente agrigentini. Collocata fuori le mura, fu per un periodo centro frequentatissimo legato al beato Matteo Cimarra. Sicuramente consigliata, con la speranza di una possibile futura fruizione.
Unfortunately, almost always closed to visitors, it represents a historic icon of the city. One of the oldest, it contains frescoes and sculptures by artists exclusively from Agrigento. Placed outside the walls, it was for a period very busy town linked to the blessed Matteo Cimarra. Definitely recommended, with the hope of a possible future use.
