★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola chiesa rupestre a pianta trapezoidale, risalente forse al X secolo, scavata nella roccia e probabilmente parte residuale di una chiesa più ampia.
Nell' abside è presente un trittico di affreschi in cattivo stato di conservazione, che raffigura una Madonna con Bambino tra San Sebastiano e San Rocco.
È posta ad un centinaio di metri dal parcheggio del Santuario della Madonna della Scala.
 Small rock church with a trapezoidal plan, perhaps dating back to the 10th century, carved into the rock and probably a residual part of a larger church.
In the apse there is a triptych of frescoes in a bad state of conservation, which depicts a Madonna and Child between San Sebastiano and San Rocco.
It is located about a hundred meters from the parking lot of the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Scala.
