A Pavana nessuno sa niente per questo e' ridotta cosi'.
Nelle chiese emiliane vicino a noi e' stato fatto tanto per renderle interessanti.
A Pavana si dovrebbe fare.
Cosi' non va bene ma non interessa a nessuno
Unfortunately in churches it takes history, culture and art.
In Pavana nobody knows anything about this and it's reduced like that.
In the Emilian churches near us it has been done to make them interesting.
In Pavana you should do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa di Santa Maria e San Frediano risale al tardo Settecento, ma l'esistenza di un precedente edificio è confermata dai numerosi oggetti seicenteschi che fanno parte del suo patrimonio: in particolare il ricco altare in legno intagliato e dipinto, manufatto tipico delle zone di montagna dove oggetti simili sono capillarmente diffusi. Risalgono invece al XIII secolo le prime notizie della chiesa quando era dipendente dalla pieve di Succida che apparteneva alla diocesi di Bologna. Entrò a far parte della diocesi di Pistoia alla fine del sec. XVIII con breve apostolico di papa Pio nel 1784, e divenne dipendente della pieve di S. Iacopo in Sambuca Pistoiese.
The church of Santa Maria e San Frediano dates back to the late eighteenth century, but the existence of a previous building is confirmed by the numerous seventeenth-century objects that are part of its heritage: in particular the rich altar in carved and painted wood, typical artifact of the areas of mountain where similar objects are widespread. The first mention of the church dates back to the 13th century when it was dependent on the parish church of Succida which belonged to the diocese of Bologna. It became part of the diocese of Pistoia at the end of the century. XVIII with brief apostolic of Pope Pio in 1784, and became dependent on the parish church of S. Iacopo in Sambuca Pistoiese.
