Dolce abbiamo evitato di prenderlo perché il signore che confezionava la crema con le fragole metteva la crema nel bicchiere aiutandosi con un cucchiaino ma la crema non si staccava così si aiutava col dito, ma in contemporanea si soffiava il naso e riprendeva il confezionamento SENZA MAI LAVARSI LE MANI. Ciò è stato ripetuto varie volte. A VOI VALUTARE.....

Per me fermarsi qui significa estraniarsi dal mondo e godersi il meglio della cucina toscoemiliana.
È pleonastico decantare i tortellini in brodo, il cacio e pepe, la tagliata, l'intracosta, ecc
Prendetevi una pausa e provate non resterete delusi. Prezzi più che onesti. Ambiente sincero e personale gentile.
 In my opinion it is one of the best country trattorias in the Apennine area.
For me, stopping here means getting away from the world and enjoying the best of Tuscan-Emilian cuisine.
It is pleonastic to praise tortellini in broth, cacio e pepe, tagliata, intracosta, etc.
Take a break and try you won't be disappointed. Prices more than fair. Sincere environment and kind staff.

Abbiamo mangiato i balanzoni con la mortadella, il risotto con gli asparagi, tagliere di salumi e formaggi, salsiccia alla griglia, patate al forno e verdure alla griglia. Locale molto carino, personale educato e gentile. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.Ci tornerò molto volentieri

Ottima la qualità del cibo, filetto top, proposta molto interessante di formaggi.
Prezzo proporzionato alla qualità dell'offerta.

A charming trattoria located in Pavana, a few kilometers from the more famous Porretta Terme, it has an extensive menu and a good choice of wines; family atmosphere, informal, unobtrusive but attentive service.
Excellent quality of food, top fillet, very interesting proposal of cheeses.
Price proportionate to the quality of the offer.
Absolutely recommended.

Puoi mangiare come da menu, oppure ti viene elencato il fuori menu. Si voleva mangiare toscano e abbiamo ordinato una zuppa maremmana, una fiorentina (senza filetto), con gran piatto di verdure. Poi incuriositi per " la parte negozio" assaggi di formaggi di varie provenienze con miele di castagne. Vino della casa, acqua e 2 caffè. Pranzo e prezzo li abbiamo trovati ottimi. Prima di uscire, non si poteva che acquistare i formaggi gustati poco prima. Se si cerca un luogo informale è consigliato

You can eat as per the menu, or you are listed off the menu. We wanted to eat Tuscan and we ordered a Maremma soup, a Florentine (without fillet), with a large plate of vegetables. Then intrigued by the "shop part" tastings of cheeses of various origins with chestnut honey. House wine, water and 2 coffees. We found excellent lunch and price. Before going out, you could only buy the cheeses you tasted just before. If you are looking for an informal place it is recommended
