Una menzione speciale per il nome dei piatti (es: "Dal Corno si vede la Corsica"). Da provare! Il secondo, "spiedino di polpette" era improponibile. Nonostante risultasse cucinato al momento era palesemente riscaldato e dei bassa qualità . Il contorno é stato portato senza alcun condimento, non disponibile nemmeno sul tavolo. Il servizio anche se cordiale, è stato delegato a giovani di prima esperienza senza alcuna preparazione: non hanno nemmeno chiesto se gradivamo del vino. Cena da dimenticare ed evitare. The quality of the raw material is excellent (tortellini) but rendered nothing by the kitchen with an exaggeratedly savory seasoning. The second, "meatball skewer" was out of the question. Although it was cooked at the moment it was clearly reheated and of low quality. The side dish was brought without any seasoning, not even available on the table. The service, even if cordial, was delegated to young people of first experience without any preparation: they did not even ask if we liked wine. Dinner to forget and avoid.

Buonissimi e gustosi i tacos dell’Appennino e il birramisu’ come dolce, gentile la cameriera in sale e piacevole serata in ambiente accogliente, complimenti al cuoco e ai proprietari per valorizzare il territorio, ci torneremo!!! We booked in this restaurant because recommended by friends we found an original menu with fun dishes linked to the territory, fantastic spaghetti with chestnut flour and homemade pasta with white ragù and seasonal vegetables, all products come from local companies and you feel it !!! The tacos of the Apennines and the birramisu 'as a dessert are delicious and tasty, the waitress in the dining room is kind and a pleasant evening in a cozy setting, congratulations to the cook and the owners for enhancing the area, we will be back !!!
u	ugo bartolini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo cenato al Bassotto per la prima volta, esperienza davvero positiva finalmente un locale con piatti leggeri e gustosi tutto del territorio come recita il loro menù a km0, gnocchi di patate al parmigiano morbidi e buonissimi e la mia fidanzata ha preso i tortelli con farina di castagne e ricotta una sorpresa poi un lombo tenerissimo cotto a bassa temperatura con verdure di stagione e una salsa alle castagne stupenda, dolce della casa un cream caramel che mi ha portato indietro nel tempo! La cameriera gentilissima tutto bene anche il conto prezzi nella media, ci torneremo!!! We had dinner at the Dachshund for the first time, a really positive experience finally a place with light and tasty dishes all over the territory as their menu at km0 says, soft and delicious potato dumplings with Parmesan and my fiancee took the tortelli with chestnuts and ricotta a surprise then a tender loin cooked at low temperature with seasonal vegetables and a wonderful chestnut sauce, homemade dessert a cream caramel that took me back in time! The very kind waitress also fine the average price bill, we will be back !!!

Complimenti a Franco e tutto il suo staff! Little to say if not exceptional, place with attention to every detail not to mention the seasonal menu and the product really at km0.
