Sorge in posizione centrale, prospiciente la piazza del paese, all'imbocco della strada che conduce a Rocca Ceppino. L'origine della chiesa intitolata alla martire Felicita (venerata il 23 novembre) è imprecisata. Era annessa al Priorato di Ripe di Civitella e dipendeva dall'Abadia di Montesanto. Appartenne alla diocesi di Teramo fino al 1588, quando Papa Sisto V creò la nuova diocesi di Montalto Marche, alla quale spostò tutte le chiese dipendenti da Montesanto. Nel 1613 il vescovo di Montalto Paolo Orsini vi fece erigere il fonte Battesimale. I fedeli roccatani sono sempre stati molto legati a questa chiesa e dal XVIII secolo nacque il desiderio che divenisse parrocchia autonoma dal Priorato di Ripe. Si avvicendarono cause legali e diverse istanze e petizioni degli abitanti, fino al riconoscimento di parrocchia nel 1803, priva ancora di beni propri e di amministrazione autonoma che verrà ottenuta solo nel 1919-1929. Ha copertura a capanna e sulla facciata si apre un semplice portale ad architrave piano con timpano. Dalla parete posteriore si alza un piccolo campanile a vela in mattoni che ospita due campane. L'interno è semplice ed essenziale, ornato di alcune statue e della tela sopra l'altare maggiore, raffigurante la martire; il presbiterio è sopraelevato da due gradini.

It rises in a central position, overlooking the town square, at the entrance of the road leading to Rocca Ceppino. The origin of the church dedicated to the martyr Felicita (venerated on November 23) is unknown. It was annexed to the Priory of Ripe di Civitella and depended on the Abadia of Montesanto. It belonged to the diocese of Teramo until 1588, when Pope Sixtus V created the new diocese of Montalto Marche, to which he moved all the churches dependent on Montesanto. In 1613 the bishop of Montalto Paolo Orsini had the baptismal font erected there. The faithful Roccatani have always been very close to this church and from the eighteenth century the desire was born to become an independent parish from the Priory of Ripe. Lawsuits and various petitions and petitions of the inhabitants followed, up to the recognition of a parish in 1803, still without its own assets and autonomous administration which would be obtained only in 1919-1929. It has a gabled roof and on the façade there is a simple flat architrave portal with a tympanum. From the rear wall rises a small brick sailing bell tower which houses two bells. The interior is simple and essential, adorned with some statues and the canvas above the high altar, depicting the martyr; the presbytery is raised by two steps.
