Era sede della confraternita dei "Batu"
anticamente a Breme esistevano anche le Chiese delle Confraternite Di San Rocco e della Trinità ora scomparse
Pregevole l'altare in marmi policromi intarsiati nel tipico stile barocchetto piemontese
Sull’altare un crocifisso ligneo sec. XVII, sulla destra lo stendardo della Confraternita, con dipinta la scena del martirio di S. Sebastiano.
