★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un primitivo edificio, sede della confraternita dei Disciplinanti, è documentato dalla fine del sec. XVI. La confraternita della SS. Annunziata fu fondata attorno al 1624. La chiesetta subì un completo rifacimento tra il 1702 e il 1710. Sono stati purtroppo rimossi il pavimento in grandi mattonelle di cotto e l’antico altare, sostituito da uno moderno, offerto dalla Montecatini. La semplice facciata intonacata, presenta una porta di legno lavorato del 1654, sormontata da un grande riquadro affrescato con una semplice Annunciazione. All'interno si trova una tela della bottega del Moncalvo raffigurante l’Annunciazione (ca. 1615).
 A primitive building, seat of the brotherhood of the Disciplinanti, is documented from the end of the century. XVI. The confraternity of the SS. Annunziata was founded around 1624. The church underwent a complete makeover between 1702 and 1710. Unfortunately, the floor in large terracotta tiles and the ancient altar, replaced by a modern one, offered by Montecatini, have been removed. The simple plastered façade has a 1654 worked wooden door, surmounted by a large panel frescoed with a simple Annunciation. Inside there is a canvas of the Moncalvo workshop depicting the Annunciation (ca. 1615).
