In un WINE shop, Secondo te, di che cosa ho bisogno?!?! Vergognoso ...per fortuna la scelta sui vini del Monferrato è ampia. Ho comprato tre bottiglie perché non apro la porta per disturbare e basta avrei comprato molto di più sinceramente ma il trattamento è stato peggio dei migliori bar di Caracas. È molto spiacevole fare queste recensioni ma quando ti vengono dal profondo del cuore mi sento obbligato a farle, anche perché la prima impressione durante un evento invitato da Bmw era stata ottima. All'accoglienza una giovanissima ragazza che più che essere da sola è abbandonata a se stessa...... Il sorriso probabilmente è un opzional non disponibile. Tre degustazioni con tagliere 15€ a persona. In sei persone un tagliere dalle proporzioni microscopiche e fin imbarazzante... Allego foto. A testa 2 fettine di salame, un dadino di grana, un pezzettino di formaggio, qualche grissino. Ridicolo, più che degustazione non so se definirla rapina a mano armata o presa in giro. A fine "degustazione" nel market vendono i vini a loro dire super premiati, a prezzi non proprio "di favore" e non c'è nemmeno un sacchetto da pochi cent per portarle via... Si, indubbiamente produrranno vini di ottima qualità, ma sarebbe certamente meglio e soprattutto di migliore immagine se si limitassero solo a quello. Pur non avendo prenotato, siamo stati accolti e serviti senza problemi...entrambe le ragazze si sono dimostrate competenti nella spiegazione e descrizione dei e disponibili nel consigliare quanto più attinente al gusto personale. Arrivando al vino, cosa dire del Ruche l'accento...un incredibile ed equilibrato bouquet di profumi che riescono sapientemente a nascondere i 15° di tasso alcolico. Ci tornerò sicuramente per godermi nuovamente un ottimo calice di vino davanti al tramonto del Monferrato! C	Chandler Wiguno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional sales team. Didnt know what wine they offered, didnt show the bottle, no bread or similar between the wines, unmotivated. You better go to a supermarket if you want to try their wine, it is probably even a better price!

When we arrived, after knocking, we had to wait for the door to be unlocked, and then as we browsed the bottles in the wine shop, we received no further explanation. (The hostess was busy slicing meat and cheese for a group that was to soon arrive.)When I requested a price list I was told to simply ask. I then asked about having a tasting and was told something Iike (nothing is written down, and although her English wasn’t bad, it was far from fluent) €5/person for 1 taste (free if you buy wine), €10 for 2 tastes and bread sticks, and €15 for 3 tastes with salami and cheese. However, we turned down the food, and the woman kindly let us taste whatever we wanted, without giving us any details about cost of number of wines we could taste. As it turned out, we had 3 tastes each and then shared a final 7th. We then bought 6 bottles, fully expected the tasting to therefore be free. However, upon examining our receipt, we were charged €20 for the tasting and, despite their “Buy 5, get 1 free promotion”, for all 6 bottles. Had we known we would be paying €20, we would also have tasted their Grignolino and Muscato D’Alba, but we don’t want to overdo it. Although we felt ripped off, the real problem was a total lack of (printed) information that clearly explained their tastings and pricing. Would not go back.
