A	A B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa è visitabile anche gratuitamente, ed è aperta dal giovedì alla domenica, dalle 10 alle 17. Riaperta da pochi anni grazie al progetto "Verona Minor Hierusalem", si trova all'interno del Teatro Romano. Per visitare solo la chiesa, basterà chiedere in biglietteria, e attendere che un volontario vi scorti all'interno della stessa. Vista davvero bella sulla città di Verona. The church can also be visited for free, and is open from Thursday to Sunday, from 10 to 17. Reopened a few years ago thanks to the "Verona Minor Hierusalem" project, it is located inside the Roman Theater. To visit the church only, just ask at the ticket office, and wait for a volunteer to escort you inside. Really nice view over the city of Verona.

Fondata nel X secolo in onore di San Siro e donata al convento di Santa Maria in Organo. Nel XIV secolo aggiunge al suo titolo anche quello di Santa Libera. Successivamente fu concessa a una confraternita del Sacramento che la trasformò aggiungendo le cappelle laterali e ingrandendo il coro. In stile romanico - barocco. Ospita la tomba del pittore veronese G.B. Cignaroli. Grazie ad una associazione di volontariato è stata riaperta al pubblico (è inserita nella visita al Teatro Romano). Purtroppo sarebbe necessaria un'opera di restauro... ?? The church of Santi Siro e Libera is located above the ruins of the Roman Theater. Founded in the 10th century in honor of San Siro and donated to the convent of Santa Maria in Organo. In the 14th century it also added that of Santa Libera to its title. Later it was granted to a brotherhood of the Sacrament who transformed it by adding the side chapels and enlarging the choir. In Romanesque - Baroque style. It houses the tomb of the Veronese painter G.B. Cignaroli. Thanks to a voluntary association it was reopened to the public (it is included in the visit to the Roman Theater). I	Ilaria Orlandini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa si trova all'interno del sito archeologico dell'anfiteatro romano, quindi è visitabile solo previo pagamento del biglietto che, per soli 4.50 euro comprende anche il museo archeologico. La chiesa, costruita letteralmente sull'anfiteatro, fu edificata sotto Berengario e poi ingrandita nel corso del 1500. Particolare il coro ligneo settecentesco, visibile attraverso una scenografia barocca: un altare in marmi policromi e tarsie lapidee di gusto prettamente scenografico! Noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di incontrare i volontari che ne hanno permesso la riapertura dopo anni di oblio, e che volentieri raccontano al visitatore le vicende della chiesa! La struttura soffre tremendamente l'umidità, e nel complesso avrebbe bisogno di un importante restauro? L’interno in stile barocco con l’altare policromo e dietro in bellissimo coro ligneo del ‘700. Nella navata centrale troviamo la tomba dove è sepolto Gian Bettino Cignaroli. Grazie al lavoro della “Piccola Jerusalem” questa bella Chiesa ha riaperto le porte al pubblico che, grazie ai volontari dell’Associazione”, può avere il piacere di ammirarla ed apprezzarla. Vi teneva le proprie riunioni la Confraternita segreta del SS. Corpo di Cristo. Il coro ligneo venne iniziato nel 1717 dall’intagliatore tedesco Andreas Kraft e concluso una decina di anni dopo dai connazionali Petendorfer e Siut.
