Giunti in struttura, siamo stati accolti da una signora che, dopo averci consegnato le chiavi e spiegato alcune funzioni, se ne è andata informandoci che avremmo potuto chiamarla in caso di problemi. Passato un po' di tempo e focalizzando l'ambiente che ci circondava, abbiamo notato un sempre maggior numero di formiche nella stanza, oltre che presenza di muffa sulle pareti. Abbiamo iniziato ad uccidere le prime formiche, per poi renderci conto che erano ovunque, tanto da trovarle anche su letto e vestiti (e di conseguenza addosso a noi). Rendendoci conto di non poter restare a dormire, abbiamo chiamato e mandato messaggi al numero indicatoci, per chiedere un intervento e per verificare l'evento, ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta. Ce ne siamo quindi andati senza pernottare. L'operatrice in tutto ciò non ci ha più risposto, neanche il giorno dopo. Interpellati da booking sull'evento, lo staff della struttura, dopo aver espresso perplessità sulla ns. dichiarazione della presenza di formiche, si è offerto di proporre uno sconto sul prossimo soggiorno (come se fossimo tanto masochisti da tornare e spendere nuovamente soldi, dopo i primi andati perduti e dopo la totale mancanza di risposta). Sconsigliato Very bad experience. After some time and focusing on the environment around us, we noticed an increasing number of ants in the room, as well as the presence of mold on the walls. We started killing the first ants, only to realize that they were everywhere, so much so that we found them even on the bed and clothes (and therefore on us). Realizing that we could not stay and sleep, we called and sent messages to the number indicated to request an intervention and to verify the event, but we received no response. We therefore left without staying overnight. The operator in all this has not responded to us, not even the next day. Contacted by booking on the event, the staff of the structure, after expressing perplexity on our. declaration of the presence of ants, has offered to propose a discount on the next stay (as if we were so masochistic to return and spend money again, after the first lost and after the total lack of response). Not recommended

Essendo una guest house ci si può gestire in totale autonomia infatti ci siamo trovati molto bene. Si sente il rumore dei treni che passano però perché l'alloggio è vicino alla stazione Ma questo è anche un punto di forza perché si può raggiungere la stazione in pochi minuti. Il letto è molto morbido, belle le luci soffuse che circondano la parete . Carino anche il guardaroba a muro. L'unica pecca è la vasca idromassaggio che non abbiamo potuto provare, è un po' scomodo fare la doccia con il doccino a mano e delle volte la vasca perde un po' d'acqua sotto ma per il resto è stato tutto perfetto. The bed is very soft, beautiful soft lights surrounding the wall. The built-in wardrobe is also nice. The only flaw is the jacuzzi that we could not try, it is a bit uncomfortable to take a shower with the hand shower and sometimes the tub leaks a little water underneath but otherwise everything was perfect.

Dirty room, radiators not working, dirty water comes out of the tub, the plaster falls from the walls, bad position you can hear the noises of the trains.
M	Moritz Budde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Übergabe problemlos und unkompliziert. Bei der Ankunft wird das Zimmer von einer freundlichen Mitarbeiterin zügig übergeben. Der Check-out erfolgte selbstständig. Die Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Alles wirkte sehr sauber. Die Lage war ok. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es wegen dem regelmäßigen Zugverkehr auf den Bahngleisen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Handover problem-free and uncomplicated. On arrival, the room will be handed over quickly by a friendly member of staff. The check-out was done independently. The rooms nicely decorated. Everything looked very clean. The location was ok. There is a star deduction because of the regular train traffic on the railway tracks in the immediate vicinity.
M	Michele Lorusso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Abbiamo speso 140 euro per una notte (senza colazione), ma ne merita solo 50. Arriviamo alle 14 e nonostante avessimo avvisato 30 minuti prima, l'addetta all'accoglienza ci fa attendere mezz'ora. Saliamo su in camera e dovevano completare le pulizie nonostante l'ora di check in fosse prevista qualche ora prima. Nell'attesa saliamo sulla terrazza (di un altro edificio) per vedere la vasca e troviamo ruggine e abbandono. Per non parlare dell'ingresso della scala che porta alla stanza, manco fosse Bagdad. Nel bagno puzza di fumo e impossibilità di lavarsi, visto che c'era solo la vasca idromassaggio con un piccolo sifone. L'unica cosa che merita è stato il massaggio (fatto da persone esterne molto brave), ovviamente escluso dal prezzo della stanza, ma interrotto dal vociare delle signore delle pulizie poco attente alla quiete degli ospiti. E che dire dei treni che passano a qualche metro dalla stanza. Un obbrobrio. Questo non è turismo, è speculazione. Poi non lamentatevi se la gente sceglie altre mete. Sconsigliatissimo. The jacuzzi wouldn’t heat up at night and there were no matts coming out of it, which was pretty dangerous and caused me to slip and bang my head on the hard floor.
