★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionali e molto disponibili. Hanno ville e trulli molto belli in valle d'itria, monopoli e zone limitrofe. Disponibili h24 (abbiamo avuto un problema in villa con l'aria condizionata e anche di domenica sono riusciti a risolverlo senza farci patire il caldo!). Consiglio a tutti!
Professional and very helpful. They have very beautiful villas and trulli in the Itria valley, monopolies and neighboring areas. Available 24 hours a day (we had a problem in the villa with air conditioning and even on Sunday they managed to solve it without making us suffer from the heat!). I recommend to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a house via the agency. The pictures looked fantastic just as the house actually did. However, there was zero information on the road leading up to the house. A "road" in extremely bad condition and massively time-demanding. The check-in manager admitted that she had punctured four tires the previous year driving up to the house. Nevertheless she called the road an "autostrada" during a separate phone call to the head office while trying to convince us to accept the conditions. Absolutely horrible experience which ate up a lot of time in the lead up to a wedding. Sorry Hello Apulia but this was absolutely unforgivable. Cannot recommend your agency under any conditions to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favor and do NOT stay in any of HelloApulia's homes. They are the worst company with the poorest customer service I ever had to deal with. We rented a beautiful house in Puglia from them, in a nice location. When we arrived they gave us NO instructions, didn't show us the keys to the house and didn't show us the alarm system. A few days in our stay, while we were at the beach, they magically sent a poolboy to the house, and they haven't informed us there will be a stranger coming in and out. This wouldn't have been the biggest problem, but the guy came in to our house and stole our laptop, speakers, earbuds and more electronics! Thankfully he didn't find our watches and jewelry!!!!
We immediately reported this to the company, and they didn't do ANYTHING. They told us they won't investigate, and they won't give us a discount on the house, for losing over $3000 worth of electronics!!!
After spending the entire day at their office, even speaking with their CEO, all they could do is offer us a tiny little apartment in the city "if we didn't feel comfortable staying in the house anymore, since it was broken in!"
Worst experience ever, and if I could turn back time I would use Airbnb or any larger company that has a reputation and doesn't treat you this poorly. Do not use this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service provided by HelloApulia was very bad - our last stay at "Nido In Villa degli Agrumi" near Fasano was a nightmare for our family with 3 kids ! We booked with HelloApulia properties three times since 2014, but 2019 will remain the last time! Whereas the prices went up, the service declined. We made inacceptable and disappointing experiences with the host Mrs. Sofrani and with her offensive and rude husband. Although we forwarded our first complaints (defective fridge, defective coffee maker) to the staff of HelloApulia on 7th September, none of the problems were solved during our 14 days stay. Even worse: The hosts started to harass and offend us. Our check-out was delayed because the host blocked our car! As we missed our flight from Brindisi, legal action had to undertaken to claim compensation with HelloApulia.
