★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nn ho soggiornato grazie al proprietario che nn ha risposto a l mail inviato da booking dicendo che il cliente per errore ha eliminato la prenotazione è se era possibile cambiare la data di soggiorno. Invito al proprietario che ho perso 80 euro ma se vuole le pago anche una cena a base di pesce nella sua cittadina grazie infinite.
I have not stayed thanks to the owner who has not replied to the e-mail sent by booking saying that the customer has mistakenly deleted the reservation and if it was possible to change the date of stay. Invitation to the owner that I lost 80 euros but if you want I can also pay you a fish-based dinner in your town, thank you very much.

Il proprietario è stato un grandissimo cafone al telefono. Morale della favola Ve lo sconsiglio.
Booked the room with Jacuzzi, once inside I am told that I cannot use it. When I booked with a bathtub on Booking.
The owner was a huge boor on the phone. Moral of the story I advise against it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You call to confirm the room you wait 1hr 30min so someone comes to open for you at night and when they arrive they will tell you that it’s not the room you confirmed... room was confirmed black on white with messages price and pictures.. so disappointed....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place in Monopoli and Italy we have stayed in so far. Everything was just perfect. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Also very bright and quiet. This apartment is in the old town and has got a roof terrace with magnificent views of the town and the sea. We hope to come back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The B&B was in the monopoli center. Very nice & beautiful room. The host was super friendly & helpful. The room had a large jacuzzi but it wasn’t included in our stay. We requested to pay some extra & got the luxury of getting in relaxing jacuzzi. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you. Will be back surely.
