Amazing place. Wonderfully designed and decorated. The owner took care of every detail. Very close from here to the center of Monopoli. I would highly recommend.

Casa Carlotta is beautiful, welcoming and attention to detail. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and is located in the center, a few steps from all the lovely cafes of the historic center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo appartamento che è praticamente a pochi passi dal centro di Monopoli, ma non nella confusione delle vie del centro. Le foto rappresentano la casa, molto bella, curata e pulita. Nuovissima. Tutto i locali sono climatizzati e ci sono due smart tv. Quello che le foto, però, non possono rappresentare è la gentilezza e la cortesia della proprietaria e del marito che ci hanno fatto trovare di tutto per la colazione ( anche la nutella, il latte, biscotti e frutta fresca e ci hanno dato ottime indicazioni su come muoverci, cosa mangiare e cosa vedere. Abbiamo trovato anche le capsule x la macchina del caffè espresso che ovviamente è nuova. Che dire, esperienza da consigliare e da rifare. Siamo anche stati sorpresi dalla vivacità di Monopoli, dal suo fascino e dal magiare prelibato (consiglio spaghetti ai ricci di mare), nonché dal mare e dalle bellissime calette tra cui spiccano porto ghiacciolo e porto giardino.
We stayed two nights in this apartment which is practically a short walk from the center of Monopoli, but not in the confusion of the downtown streets. The photos represent the house, very beautiful, neat and clean. Brand new. All the rooms are air-conditioned and there are two smart TVs. What the photos, however, can not represent is the kindness and courtesy of the owner and her husband who made us find everything for breakfast (also nutella, milk, biscuits and fresh fruit and gave us excellent directions on how to move, what to eat and what to see. We also found the capsules for the espresso coffee machine which is obviously new. What can I say, an experience to recommend and redo, we were also surprised by the liveliness of Monopoli, its charm and magic delicious (I recommend spaghetti with sea urchins), as well as from the sea and from the beautiful coves among which stand the ice-box and the garden port.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent apartment right in the heart of Monopoli. Situated just on the edge of the historic city, it provides reasonably accessible on street parking (we had no trouble parking for a few days) and walking access to the old town within 2-3 minutes.
The fit out of the apartment is tasteful, contemporary and complete - it lacks for nothing.
The host is generous and welcoming and thoughtful. Communication was great and check in was easy and flexible. Plenty of helpful advice and tips.
Very good in all respects - very happy to recommend.
