★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troppo tempo in attesa...circa 3h con solo 1 cassa attiva, non posso giudicare chi lavora, ma l'organizzazione è scarsa, un artigiano non può permettersi di perdere tutto sto tempo ad ogni operazione che svolgerebbe in cassa, il telefono è defunto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio una fila interminabile per ritirare la nuova carta. Me la consegnano, ma non vogliono attivarmela perché c’è molta gente. Mi toccherà tornare di nuovo. L’ultima volta per una semplice attivazione ci sono tornata 6 volte.
I queue endlessly to collect the new card. They give it to me, but they don't want to activate it because there are many people. I'll have to come back again. Last time for a simple activation I went back 6 times.
