L' esperienza del personale che opera da più di 30 anni e la cortesia con cui si rivolge alla clientela e' davvero rimarchevole. La consiglio vivamente. If you need to inform yourself and / or buy tickets for your next trip the Agintour agency is the best you can choose in Monopoli (Ba). The experience of the staff that has been operating for more than 30 years and the courtesy with which it addresses its customers is truly remarkable. I highly recommend it.
A	Anto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso esattamente dire come mi sono trovata, in quanto, dopo 1 ora di attesa (mi hanno detto di aspettare che si liberasse un consulente) al mio turno mi è stato detto di prendere un appuntamento perché nel frattempo arrivata un'amica che doveva probabilmente prenotare vacanza... Io ovviamente non ci tornerò più e mi sono rivolta ad altra agenzia I can't exactly say how I found myself, because after 1 hour of waiting (they told me to wait for a consultant to be released) in my turn I was told to make an appointment because in the meantime a friend had arrived who was probably supposed to book vacation ... I obviously will never go back and I turned to another agency

Ho avuto bisogno il primo giorno in quanto c’ è stato un disservizio in nave per il numero di camera e Angela mi ha aiutato anche a distanza! Sicuramente prenoterò un’altra crociera! I booked my first cruise at the agency! What can I say .. I was followed in a professional way and in every detail (I am celiac). I needed it on the first day as there was a disruption on the ship for the room number and Angela helped me even from a distance! I will definitely book another cruise!

Al momento della decisione della struttura si era stabilito un hotel ma la struttura (confermato anche da chi ci lavora) è tutto purché un hotel. Struttura carente così come la colazione "abbondante", ma la cosa che più ha dato fastidio è stata la piscina inagibile...l' agenzia e le foto su internet confermavano la presenza di una piscina agibile invece il residence ha affermato che questa fosse inagibile da 3 anni! A questo punto abbiamo richiamato l agenzia per chiedere informazioni a riguardo in particolare al signor Vito, il quale non ci ha saputo dare spiegazioni a riguardo, ci chiediamo se conoscere le strutture che vengono consigliate sia veramente il loro lavoro??? Aggiungerei per concludere la posizione strategica per ammirare le persone anziane che naturalmente avevamo chiesto...no comment. Abbiamo richiamato nuovamente per chiedere informazioni su come spostarci ma naturalmente non ci hanno saputo dare spiegazioni e siamo stati costretti a noleggiare scooter per poterci muovere (il posto ci era stato sempre consigliato dal signor Vito come paese pieno di vita e con facilità muoversi nelle diverse località ). Agenzia sconsigliata sopratutto a ragazzi. First of all, I would start by thanking the agency for the beautiful package they gave us. At the time of the decision of the structure a hotel had been established but the structure (also confirmed by those who work there) is everything as long as a hotel. Lack of structure as well as the "abundant" breakfast, but the thing that bothered most was the unusable swimming pool ... the agency and the photos on the internet confirmed the presence of an accessible swimming pool instead the residence stated that this was unusable since 3 years! At this point we called the agency to ask for information about it in particular from Mr. Vito, who has not been able to give us explanations about it, we wonder if knowing the structures that are recommended is really their job ??? I would add to conclude the strategic position to admire the elderly people that of course we had asked for ... no comment. We called again to ask for information on how to move but of course they did not know how to give us explanations and we were forced to rent scooters to be able to move (the place had always been recommended to us by Mr.Vito as a town full of life and easily move to different locations ). Agency not recommended especially for boys.

Ma il mio ,anzi il “grazie” di 24 persone che hanno trascorso una settimana indimenticabile, è rivolto alla mitica Angela S. ❤️. Titubante nella scelta della Crociera per festeggiare un evento è riuscita a farmi pregustare la bontà di un simile viaggio …..e oggi posso dire che aveva ragione ! Di lei ci si può fidare ed essenzialmente affidare ! They are the ones who make your dreams come true! Patience, kindness, availability and many others could be the adjectives attributable to the fantastic team of Agintour from Monopoli! But mine, indeed the "thank you" of 24 people who spent an unforgettable week, is addressed to the legendary Angela S. ❤️. Hesitant in choosing the cruise to celebrate an event, she managed to make me foretaste the goodness of such a trip… ..and today I can say that she was right! She can be trusted and essentially entrusted!
