Ho richiesto una surroga a Febbraio 2020, a fine agosto mi hanno chiesto di aprire il conto corrente presso di loro minacciandomi che se non l'avessi fatto non mi avrebbero fatto concludere dal notaio la pratica di surroga mutuo e ora che ho acceso il conto mi dicono che i termini per la pratica di surroga sono scaduti e bisogna richiederne un'altra......vergogna!!!! Stay away from this branch. I was scammed !! I requested a subrogation in February 2020, at the end of August they asked me to open a current account with them threatening me that if I did not do it they would not have me conclude the mortgage subrogation procedure by the notary and now that I have opened the account I they say that the terms for the subrogation practice have expired and you have to ask for another one ...... shame !!!!
D	Dario Comes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo a versare assegni all’ATM in un giorno festivo, il giorno dopo ricevo un’email per contattare la banca per recuperare gli assegni. Passo una mattina al telefono ma dalla banca non risponde nessuno. Nel pomeriggio vado in banca e l’impiegato mi dice ‘noi non rispondiamo al telefono!’ ( qualunque problema tu abbia) e vengo rimbalzato ad un altro impiegato che di sua sponte aveva già impacchettato gli assegni per essere spediti(a mio carico bene inteso) e che mi fa presente che stava per andare via perché finiva il suo turno..ecc ecc I find myself paying checks to ATM on a public holiday, the next day I receive an email to contact the bank to recover the checks. I spend a morning on the phone but nobody answers from the bank. In the afternoon I go to the bank and the clerk says 'we don't answer the phone!' (Whatever problem you have) and I am rebounded to another employee who had already packed his checks to be sent (at my expense well understood) ) and that reminds me that he was about to leave because his shift was over..etc etc.
