Sono entrata da loro chiedendo se fosse possibile riparare o sostituire il tasto home del mio iPhone , perchè nel premerlo non funzionava bene, ma la funzione Touch ID funzionava perfettamente (cosa per me FONDAMENTALE). Dopo averlo manomesso per controllarlo, mi hanno prospettato un cambio tasto che mi avrebbe risolto il problema della pressione, però facendo a meno della funzione touch. Ho risposto che me lo sarei tenuto così, perché per me era più importante la funzione touch operativa. Quando mi hanno ridato il telefono, però, il touch non funzionava più !!! Praticamente sono entrata con un problema e sono uscita con DUE PROBLEMI che potrò risolvere solo cambiando tutto il pacchetto dello schermo (spesa minima 150 euro) o direttamente cambiando telefono. Come se non bastasse, il ragazzo (presumo il responsabile del negozio) si è scaricato da ogni responsabilità in modo disinteressato, affermando che non era colpa sua. Non ha mostrato neanche nessun interesse nell’aiutarmi, tantomeno si è proposto di risolvere il problema in qualche modo o di farmi uno sconto o qualcosa del genere per venirmi incontro. Delusione totale. Assolutamente non consigliato. Assolutamente non professionali. I am sorry to write this review but I am very saddened. I went in to them asking if it was possible to repair or replace the home button of my iPhone, because pressing it did not work well, but the Touch ID function worked perfectly (which is FUNDAMENTAL for me). After having tampered with it to check it, I was offered a key change that would have solved the problem of pressure, but without the touch function. I replied that I would keep it that way, because the operational touch function was more important to me. When they gave me back the phone, however, the touch no longer worked !!! Basically I went in with a problem and I went out with TWO PROBLEMS that I can solve only by changing the whole screen package (minimum cost 150 euros) or directly by changing the phone. As if that were not enough, the guy (I assume the store manager) discharged himself from all responsibility in a selfless way, stating that it was not his fault. He didn't even show any interest in helping me, nor did he propose to solve the problem in some way or give me a discount or something like that to help me out. Total disappointment. Absolutely not recommended. Absolutely unprofessional.
f	francesco 76 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho pensato di portare il mio dispotivo iPhone essendo centro autorizzato Apple, per effettuare una riparazione sulla scheda madre, preventivata al costo di 95€(tempo di riparazione 3/4 giorni). Dopo circa 25 giorni di attesa ho ritirato il dispositivo non riparato perché non era possibile(secondo Quick) effettuare la riparazione. Ho pagato 20€ per l'analisi e il tempo perso. Il dispositivo è stato riparato al costo di 60€ in un'altro centro non autorizzato Apple. In 1 settimana. Grazie Quick. P.S.Cmq anche per altre riparazioni effettuate in passato, sono un po onerosi come costi. I decided to bring my iPhone device being an Apple authorized center, to carry out a repair on the motherboard, estimated at a cost of 95 € (repair time 3/4 days). After about 25 days of waiting I picked up the unrepaired device because it was not possible (according to Quick) to carry out the repair. I paid 20 € for the analysis and lost time. The device was repaired at a cost of € 60 in another unauthorized Apple center. In 1 week. Thanks Quick. P.S.Cmq also for other repairs carried out in the past, are a bit expensive as costs.

My iphone was fixed the hour after i came in. The prices are surprisingly low and products are good quality, he was very helpful and very kind. I think this is more satisfying and much cheaper then the Apple store.
