★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borse e portafogli molto belli ,volevo comprare una borsa che costava 145 euro aveva della colla attaccata su una parte la commessa mi ha detto che avrei dovuta toglierla ,ho risposto che la borsa costava molto e l avrei voluta senza colla mi ha dato della cafona ho salutato e sono uscita dal negozio dicendo che la cafona andava via ovviamente senza acquistare nulla

Ho trovato una commessa, una ragazza bionda, che con grande pazienza, disponibilità e competenza, mi ha aiutata a fare un acquisto di successo. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente, sperando di ritrovare la stessa commessa.

La signora è stata così disponibile che alla fine ho acquistato anche uno zaino Samsonite. Dopo l'esperienza assolutamente positiva resterà il mio negozio di riferimento.. Grazie alla signora chiara.
I went to the store in the i lilies mall for a repair. they helped me and solved the problem in a short time otherwise I would have to throw away my suitcase. The lady was so helpful that I eventually bought a Samsonite backpack as well. After the absolutely positive experience it will remain my reference shop .. Thanks to Mrs. Chiara.

Mi sono recata in questo negozio del Centro commerciale i Gigli perche’ segnalatomi come rivenditore ufficiale Samsonite.
Avevo acquistato una valigia della suddetta marca nel punto vendita della Rinascente ma non era stato possibile personalizzare con le iniziali la targhetta in dotazione .
Ho contattato il negozio ed ho parlato con la signora Chiara che, sin dal primo momento, si e’ dimostrata attenta alla mia richiesta.
In breve tempo sono stata ricontattata, sempre dalla signora Chiara, la quale mi informava di aver soddisfatto la mia esigenza !
Mi sono state fornite ben 2 etichette con iniziali personalizzate, ma le cose più’ piacevoli sono state la cura e la gentilezza ricevute.

I had bought a suitcase of the aforementioned brand in the Rinascente store but it was not possible to personalize the plate supplied with the initials.
I contacted the shop and spoke to Ms. Chiara who, from the first moment, was attentive to my request.
In a short time I was contacted again, again by Mrs. Chiara, who informed me that she had satisfied my need!
I was given 2 labels with personalized initials, but the most pleasant things were the care and kindness received.
